Vinay Gidwaney

Vinay Gidwaney currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at OneDigital, a leading strategic advisory firm focused on business growth for employers. In addition, Vinay is an Emergency Medical Technician at Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc. and holds board member positions at Design for Change USA and InnSure. Vinay has played a key role as Head of Technology at CIC Health, overseeing COVID-19 testing and vaccination services. A strategic advisor to various startups in health, financial services, insurance, and SaaS, Vinay co-founded Maxwell Health, which was acquired by Sun Life Financial where Vinay served as Head of Maxwell Health prior to transitioning to OneDigital. Vinay is also an Alumni Association Board Member for Space Camp, contributing to multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing community health and well-being.
