Brian Dacey has extensive experience in the real estate and development industry. Brian served as the President & Managing Director of CIC, the largest provider of flexible office space for tech and life science companies in Greater Boston. Prior to that, Brian held the position of Sr. Vice President and Regional Partner at Twining Properties, where they contributed to the development and management of luxury apartment properties in Cambridge. Brian also served as President of Main Street Development Group, overseeing the development of a luxury apartment complex in Manchester and managing property management contracts with the US General Services Administration. Brian's previous roles include Executive Vice President at The Drew Company, where they oversaw the expansion of a mixed-use property in Boston's Seaport area, and Executive Vice President at Combined Properties. Brian began their career as the Director and CEO of the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation for the City of Boston, where they played a key role in waterfront redevelopment and managed lending programs for local businesses.
Brian Dacey obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College between 1972 and 1974. Brian then pursued further education and completed an MBA degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, with the timeframe for this achievement being between 1979 and 1983.
