Ashley Taylor

Ashley Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Ashley started their career as a Recruiter & General Office Agent at Randstad Work Solutions in 2006. Ashley then moved on to become an Account Manager/Human Resources Manager at Randstad on-site @ Discovery Communications, Inc. in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at JKA Technologies, Inc. before it was acquired by KEYW Corporation. At KeyW Corporation, they served as a Business Development Analyst in the Strategic Development Group from 2011 to 2016. Ashley was then promoted to Chief of Staff, Corporate Business Development, a role that they held until 2018. In 2018, Ashley joined CICONIX as a Business Operations Manager, and their employment is ongoing. Throughout their career, Ashley has gained valuable experience in recruitment, account management, human resources, and business development.

Ashley Taylor completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2022. Prior to this, they attended Wesley College, Delaware from an unknown start year and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was Psychology, and they also pursued a minor in Communications. Before attending college, Ashley attended Bowie HS from 1998 to 2001.
