Karina Szostak

Karina Szostak's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Karina served as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Koneckie Zakłady Odlewnicze S.A. from December 2020. Karina then joined CIECH Group in January 2022 as the Business Transformation & Capital Allocation Director. Prior to that, they worked at PKN ORLEN S.A. as the Deputy Executive Director for Strategy, Innovation, and Investor Relations from August 2018 to December 2021. Before joining PKN ORLEN, they worked at PGNiG SA from September 2012 to August 2018, where they held multiple positions including Vice Director of the Strategy Department. Karina also had experience at PGNiG Obrot Detaliczny as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board from October 2016 to May 2018 and at PGNiG TERMIKA as a Member of the Supervisory Board from April 2014 to August 2016. Additionally, they worked at EY as a Manager in Corporate Finance and Transactional Advisory Services from August 2006 to September 2012. Before that, they gained experience as a Business Analyst and Intern at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and as an Intern in Treasury at Citi in 2005 and 2004, respectively. Karina also worked as a Contractor at Konfederacja Lewiatan in 2004.
