Antonio Junco Esteban

Antonio Junco Esteban has extensive experience in customer operations and project management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as VP of Customer Operations for the Americas at Ciena since May 2011, Antonio leads the services team, manages the Services P&L, and provides strategic direction for the region. Prior roles include VP of Customer Operations for CALA, Senior Director of Customer Operations, and Director of Support and Services for CALA, where responsibilities encompassed managing critical tasks for product deployments and customer relationship management. Previously, Antonio worked as Project Director at Bestel, leading a major government project involving the migration of technology for national hospitals. Their career also includes positions at Ciena Communications as Operations Director for Latin America and various roles at Alcatel-Lucent. Antonio holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
