Kailem Anderson

Kailem Anderson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and engineering within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager of Global Products & Delivery at Ciena since January 2018, Kailem oversees all aspects of Ciena's Software business (Blue Planet), leading a team of over 700 employees in product vision, execution, and market delivery. Previous roles include Vice President & CTO of Portfolio & Engineering at Ciena, as well as key positions at Cisco, where responsibilities ranged from managing the Cloud & Managed Services Portfolio to leading a global sales team. Kailem has also contributed to various advisory boards, including the Technology Advisory Board of MEF Forum and the XaaS Product Management Advisory Board of the Technology Services Industry Association. Kailem holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering from UNSW.
