Lindsay Sharp

Lindsay Sharp is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture Technology at Ciena. Previous roles include Business Operations Lead for Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services and Leader of HR Transformation at Ciena.
