Sylvain Gagne

Sylvain Gagne is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications training sector, currently serving as a Senior Training Engineer at Ciena since 2010, specializing in Carrier Ethernet certification and hands-on courses. Prior experience includes working as a MEN GPS support engineer at Nortel from July 2007 to March 2010, and as a Team Lead for the GPS support team at Nortel Networks from 2003 to 2006, where leadership and problem-solving skills were honed. Sylvain's career in training began in the Canadian Armed Forces, where responsibilities included developing and supervising training for strategic telecom systems from August 1994 to May 2000.
