Ashley Kuczynski

Ashley Kuczynski is an experienced professional in the health and wellness industry, currently serving as a Client Manager at Cigna since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Wellness Consultant at Humana from September 2014 to November 2022 and held the position of Wellness Director at the YMCA of Central Florida from February 2012 to September 2014, where responsibilities included leading wellness departments, developing health programs, and organizing community events. Earlier in the career, Ashley was with the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, serving in multiple roles including Member Relations and Group Fitness Coordinator, where duties involved promoting memberships, coordinating member communications, and leading fitness challenges. Ashley holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Physical Education/Exercise Science from the University of South Florida.
