Barb Goodman

Barb Goodman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network operations and Unified Communications (UC). Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Network Operations Center and Service Delivery Teams at Cigna Healthcare since March 2017, Barb has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, focusing on global network operations and service delivery. Prior experience includes significant positions at ATOS as Team Lead Cisco Engineer for Voice, McGladrey as Senior Consultant, and IBM as Project Manager. Barb has a strong background in designing, installing, and supporting Cisco UC systems, managing complex projects, and integrating various communication platforms. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa.
