David Mattatall

David Mattatall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. David started their career at the Massachusetts State Senate as a Legislative Analyst from 1999 to 2003. David then joined Cigna in 2005 and held various positions, including Financial Analysis Senior Specialist, Accounting Manager, Financial Analysis Director, and Financial Analysis Senior Director. Throughout their tenure at Cigna, David was responsible for financial consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and planning for different departments and business units. David also led teams and implemented process improvements to optimize financial operations.

David Mattatall received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Colby College, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, studying from 2003 to 2005.
