Dawn Soo

Dawn Soo is a highly experienced medical and healthcare professional, currently serving as Medical Director for Asia, Middle East & Africa at Cigna Healthcare since November 2016, with previous roles including Regional Medical Officer and Regional Director for Health & Wellness Distribution in the Asia Pacific region. Dawn also held the position of Chief Wellness Officer and Head of Hong Kong at CXA Group from 2013 to 2016 and co-founded DocDoc Pte. Ltd., serving as its Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2013. Early career experience includes roles as a Co-Investigator at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology and Medical Officer at the National Healthcare Group. An accomplished academic, Dawn holds a Master of Applied Science in Population Health Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MBA from INSEAD, a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore, and dual Bachelor degrees in Medicine and Surgery from Imperial College London and the National University of Singapore.
