Grace Im

Grace Im is an experienced release train engineer and manager at Cigna since February 2019, previously holding the roles of product owner and ScrumMaster. Additionally, Grace has been a project manager and ScrumMaster at iconectiv since May 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a principal software engineer at both Ericsson from 2012 to May 2015 and Telcordia Technologies from 1991 to 2012. Grace holds a Master’s Degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University's Information Networking Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
