Jeremy Davis

Jeremy Davis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jeremy began their career as a Financial Services Representative at First Tennessee Bank, where they established new customer relationships and achieved the highest sales totals. Jeremy then transitioned to NASA Langley Research Center, where they worked as a Mentee, collaborating on the creation of a 3-D virtual tour of the International Space Station.

Afterward, they joined Edfinancial Services as a Customer Care Specialty Representative before progressing to the roles of Loan Servicing Team Lead and Loan Servicing Supervisor. In these positions, they implemented efficient procedures, developed data models, and provided training and support to other users.

Jeremy then joined Appalachian Underwriters as a Project Manager, where they streamlined data models and utilized SQL Server Analysis Services to improve report response times. Jeremy also served as the Premium Audit and PayGo Manager, overseeing various departments and implementing automation solutions.

Jeremy'scareer continued at Envision Management Group, where they served as the Vice President of Operations and successfully executed a large operating budget and implemented cost-saving projects for clients.

Jeremy's next role was at Triton Management Group as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they saved the company $250,000 annually through the implementation of an automated courtesy call solution and consolidation of collection activities.

Jeremy then joined Check Into Cash as the VP of eCommerce Operations, leading a team that achieved over 100% revenue growth and implemented strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Jeremy's most recent position was at Cigna Healthcare as a Software Engineering Senior Director, where they spearheaded the development and launch of a Data Assistant application, significantly enhancing data accessibility and analytical capabilities across the organization. Jeremy also provided strategic oversight and hands-on leadership for various generative AI applications.

Jeremy Davis earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from Pellissippi State Community College between 2003 and 2005. In 2008, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management at Capella University, which they completed in 2010. Continuing their education at Capella University, Jeremy obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Intelligence from 2011 to 2013. In 2019, they also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from AWS.
