Jo Lawhn

Jo Lawhn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and business analysis. Currently serving as a Business Analysis Lead Analyst at Cigna since May 2018, Jo previously held the position of Technical Writer for both self-employed projects and at NXP Semiconductors, where responsibilities included supporting XML documentation tools and managing customer documentation systems. Prior to these roles, Jo contributed to the Single-source Documentation System team at NXP following the acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor. Jo's early career included significant administrative and educational support roles at the Austin Waldorf School, focusing on database management, IT support, and assisting students with learning differences. Jo holds degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and Berklee College of Music.
