Kindra Wilcox

Kindra Wilcox, CBAP, is an experienced IT Project Management Senior Advisor and Business Analyst at Cigna, contributing to the Enterprise Agile Transition team and leading business systems analysis for Agile tools. Expertise includes establishing customer support processes, serving as a proxy product owner for Jira and Jira Align, and managing business projects within mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Kindra served as a Scrum Master, coaching teams in Agile and Kanban practices, and has held multiple leadership roles in systems analysis and business analysis across various projects. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Music Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and an Associate of Arts from Cottey College, Kindra has a strong foundation in business processes and project management.
