Marielle Nyser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations readiness, performance enablement, and learning and development. Currently serving as Director of Operations Readiness & Performance Enablement at Cigna since May 2019, Marielle also holds the role of Principal at Marielle Nyser Consulting, providing strategic consultation on learning and leadership challenges. Prior experience includes over 17 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where Marielle led various learning initiatives as Executive Director of Scientific Learning & Development, overseeing a team and delivering comprehensive learning services. Previous roles encompass clinical pharmacy positions at Chartwell Home Infusion, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and The University of Connecticut Health Center.
