Nicholas Chen

Nicholas Chen is a seasoned human resources professional with a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, and payroll management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Senior Representative at Cigna Healthcare since March 2023, Nicholas gained valuable experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Associate at IBM, recognized as a top performer in Q3 and Q4 of 2022. Prior to these roles, Nicholas worked as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at GETO Global Construction Tech Malaysia, handling payroll and the end-to-end recruitment process, and completed an internship at China State Construction, developing skills in employee tax declaration.
