Mary Connie Rose Cruz has over 20 years of experience in customer service and collections management, currently serving as the Collections Manager at Cignal TV, Inc. since July 2009, with a progression of roles from Customer Service Officer to Assistant Manager and Senior Collections Supervisor. Prior to this, Mary Connie held various positions at Parlance Systems Inc, including Escalations Specialist and Customer Service Representative, and worked as an Area Supervisor at Alexander Resources for Westmont Pharmaceuticals Inc.
