Hannah Noland

Hannah Noland has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as an English Intern at Missouri Western State University. Hannah instructed an English 100 Workshop class, edited students' papers, and developed lesson plans to assist college students with their English coursework. In 2012, Hannah worked as a Human Resources Intern at Heartland Health, where they shadowed and performed duties for HR managers, consultants, specialists, and assistants. Hannah evaluated career assessments and scheduled interviews for applicants, maintaining communication through meetings and conference calls.

The following year, Hannah joined Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) as a Human Resources Assistant. Hannah assisted managers with the new hire process, handled candidate applications, and managed elements such as the birthday card, welcome letter, tuition reimbursement, and employee referral program.

In 2014, Hannah worked at Cintas as an Office Clerical II. Hannah provided customer service assistance, performed clerical duties for the HR and Safety Departments, and managed past-due customer accounts.

Since 2016, Hannah has been a Content Creator for their personal brand on various social media platforms and their blog. Hannah built a strong brand presence through consistent posting and engagement, crafted high-quality content, and met campaign deadlines. Additionally, Hannah actively engaged with follower comments and messages.

Hannah Noland completed their high school education at Bishop LeBlond High School from 2006 to 2009. Hannah then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Missouri Western State University from 2009 to 2013.
