Pmp® Ian Earle

Ian Earle, PMP®, has a strong background in service operations, aftermarket sales and service, and project management. Ian currently serves as the Director of Service Operations at Cimarron, where they oversee the Service Operations Team and develops lean processes for the North American service organization. Prior to this, they held the role of Director - Downstream Service at Cimarron, where they focused on improving aftermarket sales and service processes. Before joining Cimarron, Ian worked at Aereon as an Aftermarket Project Manager and Field Service Technician, servicing waste gas management equipment across various industries. Ian also worked at ABUTEC as a Field Service Technician and Controls Electrician, where they serviced waste gas management equipment and installed electrical infrastructure. Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated exceptional project management skills, successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Ian Earle, PMP®, obtained a Tech Degree in Industrial Electricity from Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Nashville between 2013 and 2014. In addition to their degree, they have also completed several certifications throughout their career, including becoming a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in June 2020. Ian obtained their Journeyman Industrial Electrician certification from NCCER in August 2014. Ian also holds certifications such as OSHA 10 Hour, TWIC Card from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness Training from Safety Unlimited, Inc. Additionally, they are a member of the National Technical Honor Society.
