Marc Brousseau's work experience starts in 1987 at Alcan Ltd, where they worked as an Engineer Trainee and Electrolysis Services Engineer until 1993. From 1993 to 2002, they worked at Smurfit Stone Canada Inc. as a Projects, Process, and Environment Engineer. In 2003, Brousseau became the Engineering Manager at Hydro Technologies Canada Inc. Marc then worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at GCM Consultants from 2005 to 2006. Finally, Brousseau has been with Ciment Quebec Inc since 2006, initially as an Environment/Process Engineer and currently as the Chief of Environmental Services.
Marc Brousseau completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering from Université Laval, from the year 1983 to 1987. After three years, they pursued a Certificate in Administration from Université du Québec à Rimouski, from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, in June 2013, Marc obtained a certification as a Greenhouse gas projects verifier ISO 14064-3 from CSA.
