Michelle Calkins is the current Global VP of Partnerships at Cin7. Prior to their current role, they served as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Global Alliances at Zayo Group from November 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for collaborating with product and customers organizations to identify and drive revenue and growth initiatives through and with strategic partners such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.
Calkins has also held the role of Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Sling TV from June 2016 to November 2018, where they were responsible for lead generation, new partner acquisition, and strategic revenue growth. In this role, they had an impact on the full rebuild of the inbound lead process, launch of new tools and tracking for internal and external stakeholders, and overhaul of the partner experience from pitch through onboarding and scale engagement.
Additionally, Calkins was the Co-Founder and President of the DISH Women's Network from May 2015 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing the lead generation team and oversight of the strategic growth initiative with the office of the CEO.
Calkins began their career at Dish Network as a Senior Specialist in Customer Acquisition & Upsell Marketing in June 2013. In this role, they were responsible for executing customer acquisition campaigns and upsell programs to increase monthly revenues.
Michelle Calkins has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University with concentrations in Marketing and Management and Operations. Michelle also has a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.
