Justin Rae has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. 🌊 Justin started their career in 2008 as the Owner/President of Sun Rae, where they established the foundation for their future ventures. In 2009, Justin founded Sun Rae Accounting, providing financial services and teaching businesses how to use QuickBooks. 🌊 Justin also served as the Operations & Marketing Manager at At Home Services during this time.

In 2011, Justin worked in marketing at Independent Stock Market, and from 2009 to 2013, they held the role of Marketing and Operations at MGB+A.

From 2012 to 2019, Justin worked as the Database, CRM, and Reminder Mail Director at The Ostler Group - Sun Rae Partnership, where they managed software building and business intelligence systems for Jiffy Lube franchisees.

In 2016, Justin founded Cinch, a marketing automation company specifically designed for service businesses. This allowed him to focus on their passion for supporting and rewarding loyal customers.

Additionally, Justin has been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures throughout their career, including Sun Rae Sandals, where they served as the President and oversaw all operations, accounting, sales, and marketing. 🌊 Justin also founded Sun Rae Advertising, which secured contracts to sell advertising space at prominent college football bowl games.

Unfortunately, not all of Justin's ventures were successful, as Sun Rae Media, a streaming movie platform, failed to raise funding and shut down in 2008.

Justin Rae began their education journey by obtaining an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Santa Fe Community College, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. 🌊 Justin then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Marketing from the University of Florida, completing their studies there from 2002 to 2007.

In 2017, Justin Rae also obtained a certification in Elixier and Phoenix Bootcamp from Udemy. This certification provided him with additional skills and knowledge in a specific field.

More recently, Justin Rae pursued further education at the University of Utah from 2019 to 2020. 🌊 Justin earned a Master of Business Creation (MBC) degree, indicating their commitment to expanding their expertise in business and entrepreneurship.
