Majed A. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Majed is currently the Co-Founder and CFO of Cinchona, a company focused on acquiring niche e-commerce businesses. Prior to this, they worked as an Angel Investor at AngelList. Majed also served as the Vice President of Business Development at Invisible Technologies Inc., where they played a key role in training AI models for leading companies. Before that, Majed worked as the Chief Strategy Officer (Post-Acquisition Retainer) at Mawdoo3.com, supporting the transition of WebTeb to Mawdoo3 and providing overall strategic guidance. As the Chief Executive Officer of WebTeb, they successfully grew the user base from 4M to 18M monthly unique users in 3 years before it was acquired by Mawdoo3. Majed's experience also includes being the General Manager at Uber in the Middle East, where they launched and scaled multiple countries and achieved significant revenue growth. Majed began their career as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and later worked as a Portfolio Manager at Great-West Life.

Majed A. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from INSEAD, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Actuarial Science from Western University, which they completed in 2006. In terms of certifications, Majed A. became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2011 through the CFA Institute. Majed also obtained the Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) certification from the Society of Actuaries in July 2009.
