Joseph Kim

Joseph Kim is currently the Head of Recruitment and Engagement at Cinchy since December 2022. Prior to their role at Cinchy, Joseph served as the Head of Talent at Briza, where Joseph managed various recruitment processes and successfully hired the 2022 roadmap by the end of Q3. Joseph also held the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Kira Systems, where Joseph scaled the business and revamped the talent acquisition process. With a background in executive search consulting at StoneWood Group and experience in project management and research at Schulich School of Business, Joseph brings a diverse skill set to their current role at Cinchy.
