Michael Johns

Michael Johns is an experienced professional in the paving and construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Paving Maintenance at Cincinnati Asphalt Co. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked as Operations Manager at ABCO Pavement Services, overseeing project coordination and client communication. Michael also held the position of National Project Manager at Rose Paving LLC, managing over 120 projects annually across the Midwest, and previously served as a Regional Project Manager. Michael’s diverse background includes coaching football at Butler University and Black Hills State University, as well as experience in strength and conditioning and technical writing. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from Miami University and a Master of Education from Black Hills State University, emphasizing a solid foundation in education alongside practical industry expertise.
