Kimberly Whitesell has extensive experience in quality improvement and clinical quality management. Kimberly began their career as a Senior Quality Outcomes Manager at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in March 2010, where they worked in various roles within the Division of Child Psychiatry and the Anderson Center. In February 2018, they became the Lead Quality Outcomes Manager and later transitioned to the role of Lead Clinical Quality Specialist. Prior to their time at Cincinnati Children's, Kimberly worked at St. Joseph Orphanage as the Director of Quality Improvement from May 1988 to February 2010.
Kimberly Whitesell earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Heidelberg University between 1984 and 1988. Kimberly then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky from 1989 to 1991.
