Stephanie Ball

Stephanie Ball, MBA, has extensive experience in various roles focused on education, management, and community service. Currently serving as a Partnership Liaison at Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency since January 2022, Stephanie also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Central State University. Previous positions include Care Coordinator at United Way of Greater Cincinnati and Assistant Property Manager at Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority. Stephanie's early career includes significant roles at Lighthouse Youth Center and Lighthouse Youth Services, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff and providing guidance to program directors. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
