Diem Ho (Emma)

Diem (Emma) Ho currently serves as a Financial Analyst at Cincinnati Incorporated, where responsibilities include preparing financial budgets and forecasts, conducting cost analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with manufacturing goals. Previously, Diem held the position of Financial Assistant at Women Helping Women of SW Ohio, supporting the CFO in developing an Endowment Fund and managing financial projects. Additional experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Pink Rosé Nail and Spa and as a Research Study Assistant at State University of New York Upstate Medical University. Diem holds a Master of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Cincinnati and multiple undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Biology.
