Brian Ballman

Brian Ballman is an experienced professional in supply chain and manufacturing with a focus on the medical sector. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain & Manufacturing Technology Transfer for the Medical Division at Gentherm, Brian has previously held roles such as Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Gentherm Medical. In addition, Brian has extensive experience at Cincinnati Sub-Zero, where operations management within the medical division was overseen, and has also contributed as Standard Products Manager and Project Engineer in the industrial division. Brian's educational background includes an MBA in business, finance, and economics from Xavier University and a BSMET in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
