Carlos Javier is the current Pops Production Manager at Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Carlos has previous experience working as a Site Manager for Ravinia Festival, Volunteer for Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, and Coordinator for Play On, Philly!. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Instructor and Associate Faculty member for Baldwin Wallace University and THE CHAMBER MUSIC CONNECTION INC respectively.
Carlos Javier started their educational career by earning a performers certificate in music performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music. Carlos then went on to earn their master's degree in music from the same school. Finally, they earned their bachelor's degree in music from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Carlos Javier reports to Nate Bachhuber, VP of Artistic Planning, CSO & May Festival. Carlos Javier works with Anthony Paggett - Director of Artistic Planning, Sam Strater - Senior Advisor for Cincinnati Pops Planning, and Alex Magg - Production Manager CSO & May Festival.
