Lakshmi Srinivasan

Lakshmi Srinivasan, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lakshmi started their career at Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, P.C. as a Staff member from March 1999 to July 2000. Lakshmi then joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager from September 2000 to April 2008. Following that, Lakshmi worked at Sizmek (formerly DG MediaMind) as a Contractor in 2013-2014. In 2015, they joined Kimberly-Clark, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they served as the Director of SEC Reporting from November 2015 to March 2021, and later became the Global Director of Financial Controls & Compliance, leading the establishment of a global SOX Center of Excellence and achieving a 40% budget reduction. From May 2021 to June 2023, Lakshmi worked as the Global Controller at Forescout Technologies Inc. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Global Accounting at Cinemark starting from September 2023.
