Kim West

Kim West, CHRL has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Kim currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Cineplex since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director Human Resources at Cineplex from September 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Cineplex, Kim worked as the Vice President People Operations at Henry's from 2020 to 2021. Kim was also the Vice President Employee Experience at IMAX from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their certification, they also attended Humber College for radio broadcasting, although no specific degree was mentioned. Kim obtained their CHRL certification in October 2005.
