Mark Cherrington

Mark Cherrington is an experienced Solution Architect currently guiding the development of cineplex.com and related sites at Cineplex since April 2023. Previously, Mark served as Tech Lead at Dig Insights, where a team developed marketing research platforms using a React framework connected to NodeJs/Python backends on AWS Cloud. Mark's extensive career at IBM spanned from May 1996 to May 2021, during which key roles included Solution Architect for various significant projects, Front-End Team Lead for a major redesign of the Air Canada Aeroplan web app, and Senior Full Stack Developer focusing on online banking solutions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
