Anna Latvala

Anna Latvala is the Chief Legal Officer at Cinia. Anna has over 10 years of experience in telecom's industry and has worked on various issues such as regulation, domestic and EU communication strategy, broadband, spectrum, licenses, media regulation, SMP and competition law, international roaming, data and privacy protection, directory services, marketing, IPR, consumer protection, contract negotiation and drafting, company law, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution.

From July 2013 to September 2017, Anna Latvala worked as the Senior Legal Counsel at Lassila & Tikanoja. In this role, they were responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of issues faced by the company.

From January 2007 to June 2013, Anna Latvala worked as the Senior Legal Counsel at DNA Oy. In this role, they were responsible for regulatory issues and lobbying the authorities. Anna also gave statements and participated in telecom industry's legislation and working groups. Other responsibilities included contract negotiation and drafting, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, dispute resolution and other substantial in-house legal experience in complex telecom, business and strategy issues.
