MacIej Michalczak

Maciej Michalczak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Conotoxia since April 2020 and Information Security Officer at Cinkciarz.pl since February 2017, Maciej has developed a strong focus on cybersecurity. Previous roles include R&D Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Fibar Group, as well as various positions at ADB, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Software Architect to system engineering management. Early career experience includes programming at Aldec. Maciej holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and is pursuing an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin.
