Tasnia Michaelis

Tasnia Michaelis serves as the Associate Director of ACO Operations at CINQCARE since November 2024, previously holding the position of Director of ACO Operations at UpStream from January 2023 to December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Improvement Project Manager and Quality Improvement Specialist II at Centene Corporation from June 2020 to January 2023, and Operations Support Specialist at Beaumont Health from August 2018 to April 2020. Tasnia began a professional career with an Administrative Internship at Beaumont Health in June 2017. Prior to that, Tasnia worked at the Michigan Health Council as Executive Assistant to the CEO and ACE Program Assistant from January 2015 to July 2016, and as an Explore Lab Science Intern, Team Leader at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services from August 2014 to October 2015. Tasnia holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Columbia University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Michigan State University (2011-2014).
