Dzmitry Petruchenia

Dzmitry Petruchenia has a solid and extensive work experience in various roles within the software development and project management field. Dzmitry started their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Intetics, where they worked on multiple projects involving prepress management, automated software, web-based portals, and framework templates. Dzmitry then moved on to Coherent Solutions in 2006, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later became a Project Manager, specializing in comprehensive software for medical insurance services. In 2009, they joined GP Solutions as a Project Manager and Program Manager, focusing on a software system to automate travel companies' business processes. In 2010, they joined Promwad as the Head of the Software Development Department, where they successfully established solid software development processes and introduced Agile methodology. Dzmitry later joined Coherent Solutions again in 2012, this time as a Delivery Manager, Account Manager, and Project Management Coach. In this role, they were responsible for managing processes and structure, coordinating a large team, and building strategic relationships with clients for account growth. From 2012 to 2015, they also worked at Amobee as a Project Manager through Coherent Solutions, where they led a cross-functional team in achieving mutual goals, implemented metrics systems for performance improvement, and integrated systems with a major TV broadcaster in the UK. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Project Delivery at Baracoda Group before becoming the Director of Delivery at Cint in 2023. Overall, Dzmitry Petruchenia has a wealth of experience in software development, project delivery, and team management.

Dzmitry Petruchenia completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 2014. Dzmitry then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management Strategy and Marketing from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, graduating with distinction in 2020.
