Monisha Rajan

Monisha Rajan is a Manufacturing Engineer at Cintal, Inc. since June 2022, specializing as a variant configuration analyst at Caterpillar. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from June 2019 to May 2022, focusing on developing heat sinks for 5G testing processes. Monisha completed a summer internship at Mando Corp. in June 2018, working on cycle time reduction in the manufacturing process of caliper carrier assembly lines. Earlier experience includes in-plant training at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. and Engine Factory Avadi, both in May 2018 and May 2017, respectively. Monisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, completed in 2019.
