Naveen Cheela

Naveen Cheela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Naveen started their career in 2011 as an HR-Operations Lead at Prodigy Systems and Services Private Limited, where they worked until 2016. Naveen then joined 3Dimensions IT Services Private Limited as an Assistant Manager HR from 2016 to 2017. Following this, Naveen worked as a Sr. Analyst in Recruitments SEA & APAC at AVIK Consulting Services PH Inc from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Technocrats Domain Inc as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and worked there until 2022. Currently, Naveen is working as a Project Manager at CINTAP, where they oversee activity planning, resource management, and time control. Naveen also briefly served as a Human Resources Manager at CINTAP earlier in 2022.

Naveen Cheela obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from SV University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. This degree was earned from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Naveen obtained the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from Scrum.org in February 2023.
