MacKenzie Parks

MacKenzie Parks, MHRM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Cintas, a position held since November 2021, following a role as Human Resources Manager at Everyday Living from September 2018 to November 2021. MacKenzie has extensive experience in human resources, including recruitment, payroll processing, compliance with licensing standards, and employee training. Prior roles include independent contractor for the City of Stillwater focusing on position descriptions and a human resources intern for the City of West Saint Paul, where responsibilities encompassed new hire orientation and applicant tracking. MacKenzie began their career in customer service at Outback Steakhouse and worked in youth recreation at Mendota Heights City Hall. MacKenzie holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, as well as an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Inver Hills Community College.
