Sonia Mendes

Sonia Mendes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in diverse sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Segment Marketing Manager at Cintas since 2017, Sonia previously held the role of Senior Manager of Marketing and Direct Sales for the Canada Region at G&K Services from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities included leading the corporate marketing team and managing business strategy and departmental budgets. Earlier positions include Marketing Manager at both G&K Services and ColorShadow Communications Inc., and Associate Marketing Manager at Canadian Tire Financial Services Ltd., where successful marketing initiatives were implemented to enhance customer retention and acquisition. Sonia began a career in marketing as a Project Manager at Shred-it and as a Media Planner/Buyer at Concept 3 Advertising. Educationally, Sonia holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson Polytechnic University.
