Hani Riyad

Hani Riyad has extensive experience in project management and building science, currently serving as Project Manager at Cion Corp. since November 2015. In addition to this role, Hani has been a Project Co-ordinator in Building Science at Coulter Building Consultants, completing 125 Reserve Fund Studies and several Capital Expenditure Studies for Seasons Retirement Communities. Previous positions include Architectural Technologist at Genivar Inc., where responsibilities included building condition assessments, and Engineering Technical Support at Celestica, which involved machine programming and lean manufacturing initiatives. Hani's career began in Sudan as a Contractor, overseeing construction projects and managing teams. Educational achievements include a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Centennial College and a Certificate in Building Science from the University of Toronto.
