Fi Martin has a background in payroll and HR systems, having held various roles in this field at different companies such as CIPD, LAW Absolute, and Victoria Palace Theatre. Fi also has experience as an office manager and assistant accountant. Fi attended Richmond upon Thames College and Tolworth Girls School for education.
