Keri Brennan has a wide range of work experience, starting in 1996 and continuing to the present. Keri began their career in HR with roles at Northern Foods, where they worked as a Personnel Officer for both Park Cakes and Kara Foods. Keri then moved on to roles at Express Dairies, including Regional HR Officer for Distribution and Personnel Officer for Projects at the Corporate Head Office.
In 2000, Keri joined Misys as an HR Manager, where they handled project and policy work for 700 UK staff, managed graduate recruitment, and provided generalist support to 200 IT staff. From 2004 to 2014, they worked as an Antenatal Teacher at NCT Charity.
In 2011, Keri started working as a CIPD Tutor at MOL Learn, delivering CIPD programmes at all levels and focusing on continuously improving the learner experience.
