Lila F.

Lila F. has work experience at three different companies. Lila started their career at John Lewis & Partners in 2014 as a Sales Assistant, where they worked until 2016. After that, they joined haart Estate Agents as a Lettings Negotiator from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at CIPD, initially as a Membership Enquiries Representative until 2021. Lila then progressed to the role of Senior Membership Enquiries Advisor for a few months before becoming the Membership Enquiries Manager, which they currently hold.

Lila F. attended Langley Park School for Girls Sixth Form from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Shirley High School from 2009 to 2014. Lila has also obtained several certifications including a Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development from CIPD Qualifications in December 2021, a Level 5 Award in Using Information in Human Resources from CIPD in April 2021, a Level 5 Award in Business Issues and the Contexts of Human Resources from CIPD in April 2021, a Level 5 Award in Developing Professional Practice from CIPD in April 2021, a Level 5 Award in Employment Law from CIPD in April 2021, and an Introduction to Coaching certification from CIPD in March 2021.
