Lucy Winning

Lucy Winning has extensive experience in product management and digital marketing, currently serving as a Product Manager at CIPD since March 2005, with a background that includes roles as a Senior Digital Executive, Marketing Technologist Executive, and Database Marketing Executive. Prior to CIPD, Lucy worked as a Sales Assistant at iGuzzini and held the position of Recruiting Coordinator at Vincent Knight. Lucy began career as a Shop Assistant at Surrey Cameras. Educationally, Lucy completed a degree in Counselling at Merton College from 2008 to 2010 and holds a City & Guilds qualification in Photography and Media Studies from Carshalton High School for Girls.
