Cassie Dunn has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cassie began their career in 2006 at Walmart, starting as a Recruiting Coordinator and eventually moving up to become a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they developed innovative strategies to improve the recruitment process and optimize talent pools.

In 2018, Dunn transitioned to Walmart Global Tech, where they held multiple roles. As a Product Delivery Manager for Recruiting Technology, they crafted and executed a hiring product strategy aligned with an agile framework, driving efficiency and innovation. As a Senior Manager, they led the formulation of strategy for hiring products and oversaw the implementation and design of system redundancies. Dunn also served as a Principal Product Manager, responsible for prioritizing and refining the hiring product's overall strategy and feature implementations.

From 2022 to 2024, Dunn worked at Whirlpool Corporation as the Senior Manager of Talent Process & Technology. In this role, they led the talent acquisition tools and strategy for a global market, implementing new CRM platforms, sourcing tools, and analytics dashboards. Cassie also pioneered the use of LinkedIn Talent Insights and facilitated diversity efforts through market intelligence research.

Currently, Dunn is a Principal Product Manager at Phenom, where they focus on high volume retail and hospitality.

Cassie Dunn obtained a BA degree in Psychology from Pittsburg State University between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including Learning Data Governance from LinkedIn in 2021, and multiple certifications from AIRS, an ADP Company, in 2012. These certifications include Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR), Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC), Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR), and Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
