Sophie Hellmuth

Sophie Hellmuth has over a decade of experience in the learning and development sector, currently serving at Ciphr in various roles since September 2013, including Learning and Development Advisor, Learning and Development Coordinator, Project Delivery Manager, and Services Co-ordinator. With a Prince2 qualification, Sophie focuses on delivering quality services that enhance HR processes and maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to Ciphr, Sophie worked as a HR and Administrations Officer at MYHRDEPT.CO.UK, following a graduate trainee role. Sophie holds a degree in History and Politics from the University of Brighton.
